Here are the rules:
1. Participants must be official members of the school and
cheerleading team they are representing.
2. Your performance cannot exceed one minute in length.
3. The routine should be performed to music.
4. Each participating couple must provide one spotter. Spotter may not assist with performance.
5. Tumbling into a stunt is allowed.
6. All participants must be 17 years of age or older.
7. A Release form MUST be signed by each participant. If under the age of 18 years the Release
form MUST be signed by a parent or legal guardian.
